Introducing The Glenrothes
We make rare malt whiskies of exception.
Soft and pure spring water exclusive to our distillery, is very slowly distilled, and then aged in custom made, sherry seasoned oak casks from our bodegas in Spain. This creates complex yet refined, naturally coloured whisky with delicate sherry notes, underpinned by layers of fruity depth.
Crafted by a small team of lifelong whisky makers in the heart of Speyside, only a limited volume is available for release each year.
The 18
After 18 years of absorbing and evolving, our crisp and fruity spirit is enriched.
Scent blossoms: silky orange oil, vanilla pods, pears and almonds. A delicate balance between sweetness and spice. Rose water laps around hints of ginger. Pear and vanilla dissipate to traces of pepper.

Recreate The Glenrothes cocktail served at Off the Shelf Pavilion by following the steps below.
INGREDIENTS
The Glenrothes 18
Elderflower
Sparkling Water
Sliced Green Apple and Cucumber
METHOD
Pour 50 ml of The Glenrothes 18 over ice.
Stir in 15ml of elderflower cordial and top with sparkling (non mineral) water.
Garnish with sliced green apple and fresh cucumber (30g).
